Holly O'Hara, MBA - Principal
Holly draws on 25 years of management and consulting experience to help our clients succeed. She has assisted more than 45 businesses to maximize earnings through initiatives such as operational improvement, revenue growth and profitability improvement. Her experience spans many industries including work in medical practices, home health care, DME leasing, pharmaceutical, medical supplies manufacturing, residential homes for special need adults and clean-room cleaning. Holly has served in roles of Chairman, CEO, COO and Advisor for numerous businesses. She holds her bachelor's degree in marketing and her MBA from Xavier University, where she graduated with honors.

Kevin O'Shaughnessey, MBA - Principal
Kevin brings urgency, practicality and results to our clients based on over 20 years of senior management, consulting and business ownership experience. He has served as the COO or General Manager of both fast-growing and distressed businesses as well as provided consulting services to dozens of businesses in healthcare and other industries. His focus is on improving client earnings, and his specialties include pricing, revenue cycle streamlining, payer contract negotiation, institutionalizing metrics and efficient management processes, and strategic planning. Kevin earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS in biology and math from Alma College. 

Katie Eyestone, MPA – Senior Consultant
Katie has nearly 20 years of experience in health care, with expertise in strategic and business planning, scenario planning, environmental assessment, market research and analytics, market segmentation, performance measurement plan design, capabilities roadmapping, and change leadership plan development. She also draws on extensive experience in consulting with health plans, integrated care delivery and healthcare policy. Her depth of experience in research and strategic planning is complemented by significant success implementing these plans and realizing results. She has been Senior Director of Market and Product Strategy at Kaiser Permanente Colorado, leading many innovations in the organization. While with BBC Research & Consulting, she conducted a feasibility study for a new hospital, led strategic initiatives for PacifiCare, and conducted feasibility studies for launching new managed care plans. She earned her bachelors degree from Northwestern University and her masters degree in public affairs from the University of Texas.

Elaine Olsen, BS – Senior Consultant
Elaine brings over 15 years as a medical practice administrator with success in all business areas including significantly increasing profitability, leading ownership changes, negotiating reimbursement and clinical research contracts, launching a practice, managing the revenue cycle, and managing up to 13 providers and staff. She maintains complete familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT through direct experience in coding, managing AR, and office policies and procedures. Elaine is the President of the Denver Metro Area Professional Association of Healthcare Management and on the Membership Committee of the Colorado MGMA. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Cristina Bejarano, MPH – Senior Consultant
Cristina is an expert in working with clients in strategic planning, social marketing, compliance and policy implications and community engagement with deep experience in public health. Content expertise areas include mental health, access to care, media evaluation, HIV/AIDS, early childhood development and coalition building. Recent consulting engagements include developing TV public health information campaigns targeting the Spanish-speaking community in the Front Range and developing a strategic plan for health promoters. Prior to consulting with Catalyst, Cristina's experience includes consulting with the Pan American Health Organization, a fellowship in the Department of Health and Human Services, and as a Director with Mary's Center, a large community health center. She is a native Spanish speaker and fully bilingual orally and in writing. She earned her Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Elisa Dannemiller, MD, MBA – Senior Consultant
Dr. Elisa Dannemiller combines her clinical and business training to provide solutions for our healthcare clients. She has a passion for improving care, quality and cost through the use of analytics and feedback. Elisa's prior experience includes consulting with McKinsey with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry with specific expertise in valuation, revenue models and alliance structuring. At Genentech, Elisa worked in product portfolio management and with clinical scientists in drug development. She earned her MD from Georgetown University, her MBA from Harvard University and her BS from the University of Virginia.

Sandy Page, CPC - Coding and Billing Lead
Sandy is a Certified Procedural Coder that has been improving medical practices for over 20 years by resolving coding and reimbursement issues. She was co-founder of a national consulting company specializing in coding and reimbursement assistance to medical professionals, billing and consulting firms, and other organizations. Her primary focus was performing chart audits and developing training documents to help practices restore financial viability while ensuring compliance. As an employee of the Colorado Medical Society, Sandy provided valuable coding and reimbursement expertise to its members.
